Two basic rules on how to teach your child to try foods that are new to them

Most often "unclear" and "don’t want to try" occurs in those babies who were fed strictly according to the schedule and in a certain rhythm. Such babies are not very willing to try something new in advance.
The first and foremost rule is not to stop offering. There is a cool exercise with a large plate of different colorful vegetables, which stands in a prominent place in the kitchen. And it does not matter whether the child will try it or not, because exactly after a week you will get an amazing response: the child begins to gradually eat something from it.
The second rule - a joint meal, when the parent eats together with the child, in whose plate is always a multi-component and varied food, from which the child can absolutely everything. The parent can always share his food and no violence will definitely not work here, just an oversight.
