Cauliflower fritters

Cauliflower fritters today. It’s a cool dish, and it’s easy to make. For their preparation I use chickpea flour, as it is neutral in taste and rich in vegetable protein, you can make from the one you like.
We will need:
- medium cauliflower cauliflower - 1 pc.
- chickpea flour - 100g
- green onion - 3 pcs
- egg - 2 pcs
- parmesan - 40g
- spices: garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, chili powder
Sauce for fritters:
greek yogurt + green onions + grated cucumber + salt to taste
The next step is simple. First, with the help of a blender or a combine, we shred the cauliflower. Then add all the other ingredients to it. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Fry in melted butter for a few minutes on both sides under a lid.
Serve with the sauce.
Very much loved even by children. For them, you can grate a little more parmesan on top of the fritters or serve with homemade tomato sauce.
