Individualized counseling
This is a collaborative effort over a period of 4 weeks. It is important to trust the specialist and responsibly follow all prescribed recommendations to achieve optimal health.
Individualized support includes:
- substantiation of the nutritional value of foods, their impact on health and importance throughout the day
- ideas for quick and easy recipes
- acquiring new skills in preparing and choosing a variety of foods
- revision and expansion of your usual set of foods
- adjusting your nutrition plan, taking into account your personal eating habits, work/commuting schedule, family life, time constraints and favorite places to eat
- analyzing the difficulties that arise in the process of working on your diet and correcting them together with me
- individual selection of indicators for diagnosis and interpretation of tests
- 24/7 messenger support at your convenience
I know for a fact that once you have experienced for yourself how a balanced nutrition can affect the way you look, the way you feel, the way you sleep, how much energy you have and your overall health, it becomes hard not to develop this in yourself next.
Understanding the nutritional value of food, its importance throughout the day, cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients, taking advantage of seasonal produce, understanding how to cook without too much effort or wasted time, and knowing how to make sure your food stays vibrant and healthy are all crucial to improving your diet. It is only when this solid foundation is laid that food can become functional and effective.
