Consultation on anti-aging nutrition
It is aimed at correcting your habitual diet in order to maximize the slowing down of aging processes, prevent age-related changes and improve the quality of life.
The main function of anti-age counseling is to enrich your nutrition in terms of micronutrient composition, including individual characteristics and taking into account the needs for various components to restore worn-out mechanisms and normalize body composition.
The strategy of nutritional counseling (anti-age):
- increasing the health reserve
- increase the body’s capacity
- reduce nutritional, inflammatory and pathogenic load
- adjustment of absorption
- accelerating the binding and elimination of accumulated metabolic products from the body
- improving the functioning of internal organs and slowing down destruction in tissues
- prevention of increased fatigue or chronic fatigue
- elimination of daily discomfort, which has become habitual and not noticeable
The aging process begins at age 35 and accelerates over time. From a scientific point of view, aging is the result of cellular and subcellular damage that occurs during life. The consequence is a decrease in quality of life, well-being, vitality, and the manifestation of age-related diseases.
There are several mechanisms (mainly our lifestyle habits) that allow us to improve or harm our health, facilitating or preventing the onset of diseases to which a person is susceptible.
Common symptoms of aging of the body:
- the onset of age-related diseases
- decline in intellectual performance - mental agility, memory and concentration
- joint and muscle pain, decreased muscle elasticity
- loss of energy and vitality, increased fatigue
- muscle deterioration - loss of muscle mass, flabby arms and legs, weakening of muscles, loss of strength and speed
- sleep disturbance - difficulty falling asleep, interrupted night sleep, short rest periods
- reduced physical performance and recovery processes
- uncontrolled weight gain and fluid retention
- decrease in collagen and elastin - lack of skin elasticity and increased wrinkles
- emotional disorders - mood swings, depressed mood, pessimism, irritability, anxiety, general discomfort, depression
- decreased sexual activity
- increase in subcutaneous fat in the abdomen and trunk area
With the passage of time and acquired habits, the body begins to lose its ability to renew itself.
Aging is inevitable: over the years, the body experiences a decrease and/or increase in a number of biomarkers. Each person’s body ages at a different rate and depends on several major factors:
- genetics
- lifestyle and habits
- environment
- psychological and emotional factors
- individual physiological features
- quality and frequency of body condition monitoring
By influencing the causes of aging, each person is able to prevent or at least delay the appearance of diseases associated with this process, thereby improving the quality of life.
