Reasons, that block weight loss

Losing weight is not a simple equation. Various factors, both internal and external, can stand in the way of your goal. From the practice of managing clients, I can definitely tell you that weight loss is not easy.
Weight management is incredibly challenging. Despite the obvious difficulty, weight loss is not impossible. It is important to always be able to focus on small successes. Working backwards can also help - identifying the factors that are standing in your way.
The most common reasons that block weight loss are:
- hormonal imbalance in the body, neglecting which develops diseases (checkup at least once a year)
- poor quality sleep/chronic sleep deprivation
- being in a state of chronic stress
- poor nutrition
- eating without a regular rhythm (the body likes rhythm)
- excessive calorie intake (surplus/hypercompensation)
- poor rest and recovery
- blood sugar spikes throughout the day
- physical activity, which I wrote about in the article: Why won’t exercise help you lose weight?
Exercise in fresh air, open windows or ventilate, as high oxygen consumption during exercise can develop hypoxia - excessive stress, both physical and mental
- passive lifestyle
- unhealthy habits
It is important to address the root cause of the problem and restore balance in the body.
Always focus on your health - not just on losing weight.
